I help organisations, initiatives, and funders translate research, experience, and ethical principles into strategies and programmes that are responsible, effective, and contextually grounded. My work ensures that projects are not only evidence-informed but also inclusive, trauma-informed, survivor and youth-centered, and intergenerationally sensitive.

My work spans sexual and gender-based violence, SRHR, MHPSS, youth participation, safeguarding, and intergenerational impact — in humanitarian, development, and environmental contexts. (include CRSV & TFGBV)

  • Monitoring, evaluation, and learning for SGBV and CRSV programmes

2. Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR)

  • Integrating SRHR into humanitarian, development, and environmental programmes

  • Policy and service provision advisory

  • Participatory assessments of SRHR needs and barriers

  • Evidence-based recommendations for increasing access to SRHR services

3. Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)

  • Designing trauma-informed, survivor-sensitive interventions

  • Capacity building and training for staff on psychosocial support

  • Integrating MHPSS into safeguarding frameworks and broader programming

4. Safeguarding & Ethical Practice

  • Development and review of safeguarding policies, including Blue Safeguarding for marine and environmental projects

  • Embedding ethics into research, programme cycles, and advocacy

  • Trauma-informed, feminist, and decolonial approaches

  • Survivor- and youth-centred practice, amplifying voices without speaking for them

8. Environmental & Marine / Ocean-Focused Programs

  • Integrating gender, safeguarding, and ethical practice into conservation, coastal livelihoods, and marine tourism initiatives

  • Advising on ethical human–wildlife engagement

  • Supporting women’s empowerment and safe participation in ocean and coastal programs
